Founded in Vietnam in 1965 and brought to the heart of Gainesville as the first US dojo in 1971, Cuong Nhu is a welcoming martial arts community with history rooted in the University of Florida
As a blend of 7 martial art styles, Cuong Nhu seeks to cover a diverse range of skills and techniques. It is also founded on philosophies and ethics to train mind, body and spirit.
